Terms & Conditions

Throughout these terms, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "Silverpath" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to Silverpath, a workshop and educational session provider registered and operating from 64 Patak Road, Karon, Phuket 83100, Thailand.
• "Service" / "Services" — refers to any workshop session, information programme, printed reading material, checklist, folder template, or presentation resource made available by Silverpath.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual or organisation that accesses our website, enquires about our sessions, or participates in any Silverpath workshop.
• "Content" — refers to all text, documents, slides, checklists, and reference materials produced or distributed by Silverpath in connection with its sessions.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation communicated to you by Silverpath.
• "Workshop" / "Session" — refers to a scheduled Retirement-System Orientation Seminar, Document Organisation Workshop, or Group Information Programme for Employers, whether delivered in person or in a group setting.

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or attending a Silverpath session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Our sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking or attending our sessions and contact us at [email protected] if you have questions before proceeding.

Silverpath delivers three distinct educational sessions focused on retirement-related information and document organisation in the Thai context:

• Retirement-System Orientation Seminar — a group session covering publicly available information about national and workplace retirement structures in Thailand. No individual advice is given, and all information draws from publicly accessible sources.
• Document Organisation Workshop — a hands-on administrative session focused on gathering, labelling, and storing personal records. The session does not address individual entitlement decisions or outcomes.
• Group Information Programme for Employers — a multi-session programme designed to help HR teams communicate general retirement-benefit information to their staff. Scope covers process and communication only.

Sessions are delivered at our Karon, Phuket premises or at agreed locations for employer programmes. We reserve the right to adjust session content or format to reflect updates in publicly available information.

All services are informational and educational in nature. Nothing provided by Silverpath constitutes regulated financial, legal, or accounting advice.

When attending or engaging with Silverpath sessions, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward presenters, staff, and other participants at all times.
• Arrive at the agreed session time or give reasonable prior notice if you are unable to attend.
• Use any materials and content provided solely for your own personal or internal organisational reference.
• Refrain from recording sessions, distributing printed materials to third parties, or reproducing session content in any format without prior written consent from Silverpath.
• Provide accurate information when making a booking enquiry.
• Not misrepresent the nature of our sessions to others or imply that attending a Silverpath workshop constitutes receipt of professional advice.

All content created and distributed by Silverpath — including session slides, printed reading packs, checklists, folder templates, and website copy — remains the intellectual property of Silverpath.

Upon participation in a session, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials provided for your own reference or, in the case of employer programmes, for internal communication within your organisation.

You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, sell, publish, or otherwise distribute Silverpath content outside the scope of this licence without our written permission.

References to publicly available government or statutory documents contained in our materials remain the property of their respective issuing bodies and are included for educational reference only.

Session fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows at the time of publication:

• Retirement-System Orientation Seminar — ฿3,570 per place
• Document Organisation Workshop — ฿6,630 per place
• Group Information Programme for Employers — ฿11,050 per programme

Payment is due prior to or on the day of the session unless a prior arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. Details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling: We are happy to discuss rescheduling requests received with at least 48 hours' notice before the session start time.

Non-attendance: If you are unable to attend without prior notice, the session fee remains due. We assess these situations individually and will always try to find a fair approach.

Silverpath reserves the right to revise session pricing with reasonable advance notice. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price.

Session content: Workshop content is designed to reflect publicly available information at the time of delivery. We take care to keep materials current, but we cannot guarantee that all referenced statutory or regulatory details remain unchanged after the session date.

Group format: Most sessions are conducted as group learning environments. Individual questions are welcomed where they relate to the session topic, but responses remain educational rather than personal in nature.

Materials: Take-home reading packs, checklists, and folder templates are provided as practical aids to support your own understanding and record-keeping. They are not substitutes for professional guidance.

Employer programmes: For the Group Information Programme for Employers, the scope, number of sessions, and delivery arrangements are agreed in advance. Any changes to the scope require written agreement from both parties.

Minimum numbers: Some group sessions may require a minimum number of participants to proceed. We will notify you in good time if a session cannot run as scheduled.

Silverpath sessions and materials are provided for general educational and organisational purposes only. Nothing we present, distribute, or discuss constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice of any kind.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome as a result of attending our sessions. Decisions regarding retirement planning, document handling, or benefit entitlements remain entirely your own and should be made in consultation with appropriately qualified professionals as needed.

While we take care to draw on accurate and publicly available sources, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any information shared in our sessions for your particular circumstances.

To the fullest extent allowed by Thai law, Silverpath's total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or any session attended shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that specific session.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from attendance at or reliance on any Silverpath session or material, including but not limited to financial decisions taken on the basis of information shared in a session.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silverpath and its staff against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of session materials, misrepresentation of our services to third parties, or breach of these terms.

Either party may withdraw from a confirmed booking by providing written notice. Silverpath will always handle such situations with consideration for the circumstances involved.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise contrary to these terms. In such cases, any applicable fee remains due.

Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 of these terms continue in effect after any booking or participation has ended.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any matter arising from our sessions or these terms falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Before any formal steps are taken, we encourage an informal conversation first. Most concerns can be addressed directly and constructively, and we are always willing to listen. Please write to us at [email protected].

If informal resolution is not possible, we are open to mediation as a further step before any formal proceedings.

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Silverpath regarding our sessions.
• Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
• Waiver: A failure by Silverpath to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. Silverpath may transfer its obligations to a suitable successor.
• Notices: Written communications should be addressed to us by email at [email protected] or by post to our Karon, Phuket address.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our sessions, applicable law, or how we operate. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

For bookings already confirmed at the time of a change, the version of these terms in place at the time of booking continues to apply unless you agree to updated terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically if you attend our sessions on a regular basis.
